How to run windows deployment services without DHCP service?

I'm trying to run WDS on a separate machine without installing DHCP and AD controller on it. these services on other servers.

In the recommendations they write that at least 2 services of the service must be installed together, i.e. DHCP and WDS, but I don't need it.

But the fact is that the "WDSServer" service itself does not start on my server, I know that the service is missing DHCP, but I don't know how to bypass it.

If anyone has had this problem, I'd love to hear your advice.

WDS works in conjunction with DHCP, but they do not affect the operation of the service itself,
see the logs why the service crashes
DHCP has nothing to do with it
