How to change DHCP options settings when DHCP Failover is configured (Windows Server)?

There are two Windows Server 2012, I installed a DHCP server on both and made Failover out of them.
Now I'm trying to add another one to the issued DNS server, then RMB on the scope tab and "Replicate Scope", but the changes are not replicated to the second server, as expected, but are returned to the original ones that were before the Failover configuration. What's wrong? How to properly edit DHCP options in a configured DHCP Failover?
