How to set up DHCP and make Open Server work?

Such a trouble, even I messed up ...
There is a Windows Server 2019
A domain, DNS, DHCP is installed. DNS and DHCP are still without settings ... I'm trying to configure) Open Server is still
running on the server
The problem is this: when Windows Server boots (Open Server does not have time to start yet), I enter the DHCP settings, I see my server and I can make IPV4 settings. But as soon as Open Server boots up, my server disappears from the DHCP settings and a domain name appears from Open Servera (with the "brick" sign) and the IPV4 settings disappear.
Can anyone come across...

The answer lies in the logs my friend, without logs and screenshots it's hard to say something. Perhaps the moon in the constellation Ursa is bad for the server environment in your stance. Or they have corrupted you. Difficult to say - details are needed.
PS or corny all the settings are gone to openserver and are already configured using it.
