How to run programs on Windows 8.1 only in compatibility mode?

Such a problem. Installed Windows 8, immediately updated to 8.1 after installation.
Some desktop applications refused to run on Windows 8.1. An error popped up about a problem with the net framework.
Reinstalled net framework. Applications began to simply fly out or not start. I tried to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 8.
Everything works, but something tells me that it shouldn't be like this. No one I know has this problem.
Examples of applications that run in compatibility mode but refuse to run in normal mode:
Skype for desktop
Origin
Media player classic
Adobe Flash player crashes when trying to play a video if the browser is not running in windows 8 compatibility mode.
I ask for help, because this problem reminds itself when installing any software
