How to run opencl program in parallel on multiple graphics cards?

Has anyone run OpenCl on video cards in the amazon cloud? I took an instance with 4 Nvidia Grid K520 video cards, I run the program on one - everything is fine. I run it in parallel with another deviceId - it waits until the first one is completed. I tried to rewrite everything in one program, the same thing. Tried one context and different ones.
