How to properly organize the S3 file structure for a video service?
Never worked with architecture of files at such level. It is necessary to store video files in several resolutions, previews for them and third-party files. Based on your experience, is it necessary to separate files by type or by logic?
The first option, in which only photos that are not related to the video are stored in the images folder:
-- videos
---- video-1
------video-1-720 .mp4
------video-1 -1080 .mp4
------video-1-preview .jpg
-- images
----some-image .jpg
----any-image .jpg
Otherwise, all images must be inside the images folder. Second option
-- videos
---- video-1
------video-1-720 .mp4
------video-1-1080 .mp4
-- images
----some-image .jpg
----any-image .jpg
--- -video-1- preview.jpg
