Where you want to manage DNSs, you need to specify NS for that.
If you are satisfied with DNS hosting from reg.ru, leave their NSs and manage records in their interface.
If you want to fundamentally switch to, for example, Amazon Route 53, then specify the NS servers that the Route 53 interface will show and start managing records from Route 53.
