How to call endpoint on AWS API Gateway if using vpn?

Good afternoon,
at work we use a corporate vpn.
on the current project, there is a need to send requests to the API Gateway, but when vpn is running, I get
{ "message": "Forbidden"},
ForbiddenException, Error from cloudfront


Please tell me possible ways to solve the problem!
