How to run android apps inside windows or vice versa?

On Android, I love the Share button and the well-designed apps, some of which are unparalleled on PC, and some of which are being replaced by tabs in the browser.
On Windows, I'm used to hotkeys for switching applications (Alt + Tab, Win + 1 ...), to the tray, which in Android is replaced by a curtain that still needs to be deployed.
There was an option - Chrome OS. It seems to be ideal - both the interface material, and for the PC, and the play market were promised, and you can download the vine from the market. But it turned out that the vine is defective (according to experience from Linux), the market could not be installed - CloudReady does not provide, but I did not understand how to patch, in addition, the fucking chromos was installed on my second disk and erased all the data.
How to get a nice Windows user experience with android apps?

bluestacks is a good solution, it works correctly, I've been using it for about a year.
