How to run a program as root in the qt creator sandbox?

The program works with hardware, so root access is needed, but at the same time, if you open qt creator from sudo, then all files modified or generated by qt creator also turn out to be root. It is then inconvenient to work with them using git, and in general it seems to me that this is not correct. Surely there is some kind of flag in the launch settings, but I can not find which one.
