Asterisk 1.8 call via register?

Hello!
There is an openvox gate, a peer for registration is created on it - openout
There is an asterisk server on which I register on the gate in the sip.conf file.

register => openout:openout:[email protected]/openvox

Incoming calls from the gate to the server come and are processed normally. But I cannot make outgoing calls from the server through the gate. When issuing the sip show registry command

172.16.99.1:5060 N open 105 Registered Mon, 14 May 2018 10:22:09

But there is no openvox peer in sip show peers.
How can I make it possible to make outgoing calls through registration?

Pier must also be added. One register is not enough.
