How to run a bootable flash drive?

I got confused when installing Ubuntu next to Windows 8.1 and demolished everything from the disk - even the ICBM and now I can’t install anything at all. More precisely, Ubuntu can be installed, loaded from a live flash drive. However, there is nothing more I can do. I made several flash drives using multisystem with Acrnis - however they do not start.
What can be done? Attached is a bios photo.
What can you advise?
