How to install Linux on disk in Full Live CD?

Hello! There is a DVD + RW disk and the Ubuntu image is installed on it installation + LiveCD
After restarting the computer, all data and installed programs fly off.
Is it possible to make Ubuntu in LiveCD mode work like with the installed version.

Everything will work if you install Ubuntu on the HDD of the PC

possible: change CD RW drivers to work as USB / HDD, then programs will write where to write data

There is no such mode in Ubuntu LiveSD.
manual mounting / home from a flash drive will help.
