How to revive iphone 5 after water splash?

iPhone 5 dropped into water.
Dismantled took out the battery for a day lay buried in rice.
Itunes device sees the recovery process started, the process crashed with error 4016 and the phone suddenly worked, but then hung for a short time.
The second time everything crashed with error 4005.
Google says it's a bug.
I have a suspicion that the contacts are oxidized somewhere, what to do in this case?
Is it possible to recover data from the phone somehow?

@Nidora

The degree of oxidation depends on the time the phone was in the water, on the amount of liquid that got inside, on whether the battery was pulled out immediately from the drowned phone or after a while.
But you can restore the data, give it to the service center, they will restore it for a denyuzhka.

There is a good site www.mobile-files.com where people fix phones, just don't be surprised if they send you three letters, there guys with experience on melted phones sometimes kill for 2-3 weeks to no avail.
