How to test local layout on iPhone on the fly?

I have a Windows laptop and a jailbroken iPhone.
How to immediately see the result on the iPhone while writing the layout on a laptop?
Without uploading the layout to the hosting.

livereload allows. Just open your IP (192.168.) on your phone afterwards.
I also recommend: genymotion.com
