How to tame cursor in input on iPhone?

Faced such a problem. When you hover over the iPhone 6 and above, on the phone, it floats away somewhere. iPhone SE, 5S - everything is stable. What could be the problem? Please help...

Perhaps it will help . You can also set for body
when opening an input . They say it helps position: fixed;
