What is the best way to transfer heavy videos from iPhone to PC?

I never thought that transferring video from phone to computer (Windows 10) could be such a problem.
From time to time there is a need to shoot a long video on the phone (iPhone 10R) (about 1 hour at 1440p/60FPS).
The manuals recommend importing using the Photos application, but I have problems - either the video is not detected, or it freezes when copying.
In the video recording options in iOS is set to "best compatibility", as prescribed.
It doesn’t work through the OneDrive cloud - it just doesn’t upload the file to the cloud, most likely there is a limit on the file size.
Pulling out of iCloud also does not work - most likely for the same reason.
In short, please tell me a normal working way how to easily and naturally pull a video from an iPhone to a computer. If at the same time it will not be necessary to clog the computer with iTunes, then it's generally great.
