How to return the sound to the laptop, it appears only after a reboot?

ASUS, windows 8, did not install anything before the incident
The sound disappeared altogether, AIMP displays the message IAudioClient.Initialize. But after the reboot, the sound appears and everything works fine. I turn it off and on again, no sound. Removed Realtek - no change. How to return now the normal sound?

Look at the system logs.
Also, you can restart the Windows Audio Service - to avoid rebooting.

Tried to ask at the office. ASUS website? Internal microphone enabled in sound settings?
Solution (copy-paste):

Go to Realtek hd audio manager
click on device advanced settings ( top right corner )
choose "separate all input jacks" & click ok.
