Where can I download an audio editing program (I need to remove the melody from the background)?

Good day to all,
Do you need a program that removes the background melody or (plan), where can I download or what is the name of the program?
Here is an audio recording https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onBtahEC798 but there is a melody playing in the background, so I want to remove it, how can I do this? or can it be done at all?

There are no such programs! Just cutting out a melody from the background just won't work. If you find the original without a voice, then you can still try in Adobe Audition

If the tracks are separate, then DirectShow (Media Foundation) is possible. But I saw separate tracks only on DVD.
