Why are the last 3-4 seconds cut off in the GIF?

The crux of the matter is this. I have a Video presentation file. Everything looks great there. I open this file in Photoshop and convert it by saving it for the web in GIF format. Everything converts perfectly. But there is one BUT. The last 3-4 seconds of GIFs are cut off. And there all the salt is just in these last seconds. What could be causing the problem?

Do not convert through photoshop, he is tired.
Upload to gify.
Then you can download the gif, insert a link, adjust the dimensions, set up the embedding (for example, on bihans)
