The situation is this - I transferred the site to " CodeIgniter " from one hosting to another, through the WinSCP ftp manager, copying it to a computer and then uploading it to a new hosting (beget) and got that the file names that were with Cyrillic characters began to be displayed as krakozyabry.

And, accordingly, the photos on the site (which were with Cyrillic names) flew off.
Tell me, is there any option for mass automatic correction of the encoding of file names on the hosting?
PHP script can be or through SSH?
