How to return advances from the tax?

IP USN 6%
In 2014, I decided to pay the FIU at the end of the year. Accordingly, I paid advances at the end of each quarter, because if you do not pay quarterly to the PFR, you cannot deduct it from the tax. That is, the sequence was as follows:
1st quarter - advance payment
2nd quarter - advance payment
3rd quarter - advance payment
4th quarter - payments to the Pension Fund 17328.48 + 3399.04 some kind of 255r is what in general)
now I have to pay off the tax for 2014 by April 20, logically they should return all these advances to me, since payments to the PFR cover 6% of income. in what order is it done?
and why the stupid PFR could not see my payments? I calculated the details for 2 hours and seemed to find the correct ones. could there be other reasons? in 13, they also credited me with some 22 rubles 7 kopecks, although I paid everything on time and all payments went through, well, then I silently paid because it was in another city and it would be more expensive to call

Go to the FIU and find out why they didn't see the payment. Just grab your receipt. You can still go to the tax office and ask them about the situation.
