Is it possible to telecommute and make yourself self-employed?

Good afternoon, evening, night ...
Actually the essence of the issue is in the cap. As I understand it, remote workers (those who work with Western / European companies) draw up IP. Is it really possible to become self-employed? From what I read according to the law, IP differs from SZ in that the latter cannot hire employees for themselves, and carry out their activities "at their own peril and risk", providing services or selling goods to FL / YL.
The second question is, remote work is a fixed payment, while, of course, a foreign customer may not have a representative office in Russia, how to declare your income? From whom does it come, if in fact there is no such yuri in our country?

You lose money on the account that you send to Eureka from your IP.
Further, the tax considers the tax from each payment. And depending on the taxation option, you pay either stupidly 6-7% of everything that falls on the individual entrepreneur, or income minus expenses (for this, you need to buy / spend something with the individual entrepreneur)
If there is no strict need to make paper off for remote work, work for cash, because taxes still go nowhere, like pensions) _)
If only bank transfers - open an individual entrepreneur or through some thread a friendly legal entity.
