Can an online store not use cash register?

The store will sell access to content by subscription (articles and html templates for layout). The store will be registered as an individual entrepreneur and work under a simplified taxation system.
The question is whether in such cases a KKM (cash register) is needed? And in general, in what cases can an online store not use cash registers?

Do you actually have an electronic product?
An agreement with an aggregator (payment gateway) for Internet acquiring, money will be transferred to your account.
KKM is not needed.
