Payoneer and Currency Control, how to get through?

Essence. I decided to withdraw from Payoneer to rs in a Russian bank (Module).

We asked for supporting documents.
What supporting documents can/should be in my case?
Provided that Payoneer is like a transit account?
UPD.
payment note:
See {VO99090} payment for provided services from Upwork Escrow Inc. Without VAT.
And now everything is upside down, I now have three elements in the system. What exactly should I do?
Yes:

Upwork Escrow
Customer .
What documents will need to be brought to the currency control?

I describe the result. Maybe it will help someone in the future.
For the impatient - the situation is a stalemate. The money was sent back. Some results with
Transfers involve 4 different amounts, which are independent of each other. The bank wants to see documents from Upwork, as the note indicated - payment from UpWork, while the note itself can be changed at the time of transfer. But I decided to leave it blank.
Currency control failed. The money has been sent back.
Costs - 1100 rubles - currency control by the bank * 2 + commission.
$26 less on payoneer.

I don't understand people who don't know what they are doing. Payoneer is not intended to be official income, it is pirate income. He will remain with them forever. They will not send you closing documents.

In theory, there is an option to refuse the transfer, to say at the bank that Payoneer was mistaken, and the money was generally sent to my namesake of some kind - return it back, I have no documents.

Dmitry Bay and Alexander tell me, in this case, how much is all this legal for Russian citizens? After all, one has only to receive money from Upwork on Payoneer, contrary to the indicated provisions of 173-FZ "On currency regulation and currency control", here you can not even reach the withdrawal of IP to your account in a Russian bank, and even despite the fact, with the help of which documents will be passed / not passed currency control, the operation itself (receiving money to a Payoneer bank account) that is not included in the list of permissible operations turns out to be illegal.
So, without restrictions are credited:
- Credits and loans in foreign currency received under loan agreements and loan agreements concluded with residents of the EAEU member states or with residents of foreign states that have an automatic exchange of financial information with the Russian Federation for a period of more than two years.
- Income from leasing or subleasing to non-residents of real estate and other property located outside the Russian Federation.
- Money paid in the form of accumulated interest (coupon) income, the payment of which is stipulated by the terms of the issue of external securities.
- Other income from external securities: dividends, payments on bonds, promissory notes, payments in case of a decrease in the authorized capital of the issuer of an external security.
- Money from the alienation of external securities that have passed the listing procedure on a Russian exchange or on a foreign exchange that meets the criteria specified in paragraph 4 of Article 51.1 of the Federal Law "On the Securities Market".
- Income from the transfer of money or securities into trust management to a non-resident trustee.
- Money paid in the order of return of money previously transferred to trust management to a trustee - non-resident.
- Money from the sale by a currency resident of the Russian Federation to a non-resident of a vehicle owned by a currency resident of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
- Money from the sale by a currency resident of the Russian Federation to a non-resident of real estate located outside the Russian Federation, provided that (a) such real estate is registered in the territory of a member state of the EAEU or in the territory of a foreign state that automatically exchanges information with the Russian Federation, and (b) an account (deposit) is opened in a bank located in the territory of such a foreign state.
- Money on any other grounds for transactions with non-residents of the Russian Federation.
There is a feeling that the deal through Upwork, which we think everyone is talking about here, hardly falls under any of these points. Hence the doubt that Payoneer can generally be used by Russians without violating the legislation of the Russian Federation. Or I'm wrong?
