How can I restore Internet Explorer 11 if:
1/ all other browsers in Windows 7 work without problems
2/ in IE 11, after entering any address, "xxx.yy" hangs and nothing opens at all
3/ when trying to uninstall / reinstall, etc. .P. for IE there is a message that IE is already installed?

IE is integrated into Windows very strongly, so it's better to reinstall everything if you don't find another solution.
