How to exclude indexing of messages in the tray from group chats and channels in Telegram?

v1.3.14. Disabled indexing in earlier versions. Now I can not find the appropriate position in the settings. It is very inconvenient when you do not see in the tray the number of only addressed incoming messages. A screenshot would be better. Thank you!
