Now I use O&O Defrag and Smart Defrag. Both work about the same, the latter has a nice design :)

For Windows, starting somewhere with WinXP - the best is its own built-in defragmenter. The need for any third-party programs has long since disappeared.
Built-in disk optimization.
The rest of the basyan crafts are not needed.
And what is the criterion for determining the quality of a particular software?
