Remote access to office via VPN?

I was granted remote access to the office via VPN on Win 10 (L2TP/IPsec) for two computers (VPN is configured and working on both). But the problem is that it is impossible for two PCs to connect to the VPN at the same time. PC 1 connects, PC 2 slows down when connecting and then displays the message "The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed." If I connect PC 2 then PC 1 will not connect. I don't know where the problem is, at my home or at a remote office? Thanks for any advice.

Well, that's right.
Most likely (I take out a crystal ball) you were given one IP address in the VPN settings, and when you connect from two PCs at the same time, one of them takes the address for itself.
Contact the administrators of the employer, let them advise what.

There is also an option that you log in under one account. The VPN server will terminate the session so it is not possible to use the same account from two devices. Ask the admins to make another ultrasound. Or as an option (carefully, a crutch) connect to VPN from PC1 and then connect to it via RDP from PC2. :)

I came across such a situation that more than 1 L2TP / IPsec tunnel was not raised from one external IP address.
Computers behind the same router? on the same network?
If yes, try to distribute the Internet from the phone to one of the computers and try to connect
