How to restore the work of a 1C-Bitrix site on a local host?

Guys, help me with this error.

I downloaded the files and the base on lampp to finalize the site on 1C-Bitrix, here is such a trick.
The files, the database were downloaded and installed without jambs, the hosts were also configured without problems. dbconn.php checked, configured for the locale. It doesn't fix the error. I searched for .settings.php - not at the root, not in the bitrix folder.
Help me please.
PS Some kind of fucking CMS, I'm working with it for the first time.

I found .settings, removed the password to the database, but the error remained. Apparently, the problem is in other settings, But what a pancake ...
Debug turned on and got scared. Most of the errors are from connecting to the database. Exactly what, I have no idea.
I reconfigured all passwords, database names, logins, database host to local host in both dbconn and settings.

In the same place in settings.php set debug true and in dbconn.php there is also a setting responsible for displaying errors
Next, proceed based on the text of the error

It's not about passwords
He swears that direct connection is dangerous, and will be disabled in the future.
The simplest solution is to install the same version of php and muscle that you have on your hosting.
