80% chance that the problem is in the controller of the flash drive, and not in the file system. if the data is really important, then I’m looking for a data recovery center ( I do this in Kiev ), since there’s nothing to do there without equipment and a specialist

Such files were easily and quickly restored by the mini-utility (50Kb) ChkRepair - these are broken files. Previously ran the program to restore zar32
