How to restore the functionality of applications?

Downloaded (non-viral) file from the Internet. Previously, this type of file was not used, so I found a program that would open this file. I completely forgot to uncheck "use the default application" and away we go ....

Some applications open as they should, some do not. I corrected the path of shortcuts manually - somewhere it helped, somewhere deafly. System applications stopped working: reset through the parameters could not be done, task manager, cmd, registry - do not work (writes file not found). Most exe's don't work.

As far as I understand, Figma was registered as a handler for all files?
Change on the right files to the right program

Try rolling back from the system restore point.
