How to eliminate system freeze during prolonged work (Windows 10)?

Good day, reader! Faced such a problem: after a long time of use, the computer freezes tightly, only hardress helps. The PC works around the clock, because. I need it, it turns off only on weekends. The situation is something like this: from 00:00 the PC is working, a browser with a couple of tabs hangs in the processes, OBS for recording video from windows and a certain program called Ninjatrader. Around 17-18 hours I come, naturally the number of tabs can increase to 10, music, YouTube, etc. can be played, after which everything can stand up at one moment. Hardresset, the day off is working fine, the next day the same thing may happen.
Specs next:
intel core i7 4770k
Intel HD Grapgics 4400
RAM 16GB
What could be wrong? I looked for errors in the events, did not find them. Well, +: the system is absolutely clean, reinstalled literally 3 days ago. There was a problem before the reinstall.

Alternatively, memory. I had a similar one. In events, nothing will have time to sign up, of course. And Memtest that everything is ok. Transferred memory to another computer. And it started already on the other, and on that it passed. Repeated testing with the same Memtest did not show anything.
So I advise you to look for a donor and, using the replacement method, find the culprit (if there are several slats).
However, overheating is not ruled out, but I would still start by poking memory.

For Windows 10, this is normal.
Everything works for you, then win decides to install updates, or something else - and now nothing works for you.

Most likely the problem is that Windows decides to throw unused memory into the paging file. And then you came and the memory suddenly became needed, so there is a frieze.
