When installing windows 8.1, how to skip the window for entering soft-bodied accounting or registration?

the lowest point for this: login without a Microsoft account.
And if you want to simplify the installation, create an answer file, and everything will go on automatically, right down to creating a
PS account. Amendment. As it turned out, in windows 8.1 you need to select "Create a new account", and in the next window "Sign in without a Microsoft account"
In Windows 8.1 there is no such item. If memory serves, then you need to select "Register a new address" and in the next window select "Login without an account".
