When installing windows 8.1, how to skip the window for entering soft-bodied accounting or registration?

I understand that you can make a file of answers. But sometimes you deploy a corporate Windows and you want the usual keyboard shortcut or the "skip" item. Maybe I don't notice something? and then tired of cutting off the network to create a local account.

And you take a closer look at the screen. There is no need to create a Microsoft account. You can create a local network, and you don’t need to pull
the lowest point for this: login without a Microsoft account.
And if you want to simplify the installation, create an answer file, and everything will go on automatically, right down to creating a
PS account. Amendment. As it turned out, in windows 8.1 you need to select "Create a new account", and in the next window "Sign in without a Microsoft account"

In Windows 8.1 there is no such item. If memory serves, then you need to select "Register a new address" and in the next window select "Login without an account".

Click "create a new user" and the action you need will appear at the bottom, I don't remember what the exact name is.
