In general, the situation is this, I redid the raid on new hdd. Put the old ones to a well-deserved rest. Now the task is to extract information from old HDDs, but the controller has already been changed, for other HDDs .....
Tell me with what utilities it is possible to collect an array from old hdds, or how to extract information from them?

In 10 raid, in principle, there is nothing complicated compared to 5.6.
