How to restore PC after BIOS update?

Motherboard DH67GD, it was necessary to update the BIOS for new processors, I did everything according to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/ar...
everything seemed to work well, then the computer turned off and started, but The monitor does not turn on, USB does not work, there are no signals. Only the cooler is spinning. =(
Attempts:
- recovery mode via jumper
- cut down the battery
, what else can I try?

Ah, gone are those blessed times when the ROM with the BIOS was removable. You attribute it to the programmer, return the previous version, and the job is done.
And now - to solder, or what? And what to solder, and where to get such a programmer? But this is too radical, this is when everything else did not help. In the meantime, we need to try what is possible, and what is done with conventional diagnostics, despite all this background with flashing. Start with the quality of the power supply (capacitors in the PSU, PSU replacement), then check the POST codes (for this, get the Port 80 board for temporary use, or buy it on Ali). Then a diagnostic substitution of processor and memory for known good ones - although it would be worth starting with this. Well, etc.
