Cyclic reboot on clean install of Win 10 x64, how to fix?
when I start from a flash drive (I reinstalled the image several times) it is copied to ssd ("_" flashes) and reboots, I started it from hdd with Win 8.1 32 bit everything is fine, it was quietly updated to 10, but there is no clean installation, I checked the RAM, re-tipped, I tried both with a video card and on an integrated one, migrated Win 10 32 bit to ssd, it is quietly installed on it from another PC from the same image, I most likely think the problem is in the motherboard, it is sooooo old, thank you very much in advance.
motherboard:
GA-G41MT-S2P rev 1.3
RAM:
2x2 1333
CPU:
Xeon e5430

and the fact that the problem in xeon'e is not taken into account?
it is worth trying to install the old proc
install Windows
return xeon
or install a modified BIOS and try with xeon
and with 4gb of memory it is better to install the x64 version
and it is not clear in the question under what circumstances a cyclic reboot occurs
copied to ssd (blinking "_")
