How to restore BIOS on Lenovo ThinkCentre?

After updating the BIOS on the Lenovo ThinkCentre M79 from under Windows 7 with the support site utility and rebooting, nothing is displayed on the screen.
There were attempts to restore with a bootable flash drive and a boot disk with the clear_CMOS jumper rearranged, which did not lead to any results.
When removing the memory, the motherboard emits a beep. It was assumed that something was wrong with the built-in vidyuhi, but after turning on the computer and after some time, the key was pressed in order to try to overflow the buffer and give the motherboard a sound signal. The attempt did not work, which indicates that the OS was not loading.
Need help solving my problem.
