There was a similar situation. Windows 10, received via the network from Microsoft, stopped starting. The factory OS I have is Windows 7. When I turned on the computer, automatic system recovery was triggered, but the system answered that it was impossible to roll back, there was not a single restore point. The Onekey Recovery button also threw on automatic recovery. I solved the problem using the command line in automatic recovery mode using the diskpart utility.
You need to find the hidden OEM partition, on which the factory Windows OS is actually installed, and make it active using the activ command.
Next DISKPART> exit
Next Ctrl-Alt-Delete reboot the computer
Pressed F12, chose to boot from the hard disk and the miracle happened - Onekey Recovery started loading
Thus rolled back to the factory Windows 7
