How to run Lenovo T440P from a flash drive?
Wrote three times to a Debian 9 stick with Unetbootin, dd and cp.
I start the laptop with F12 pressed, select USB, a black screen appears for a second, then again a window with a choice of devices. From hdd it starts up fine.
What could be wrong? The flash drive is working, with the help of it I installed Debian 9, which is now on the laptop.
The flash drive is formatted in FAT32.

1. I can recommend the Rufus utility for creating bootable USB disks.
2. Perhaps the laptop is protected by EUFI and installing a third-party OS? For example, I had this when I tried to reinstall Win8 home on Win8 Pro on Yoga13.
