How to restore a deleted service?

Good day.
With a perfect zaparka, out of the utmost stupidity, I removed the WinRM service on Windows Server 2019.
In this connection, I can not now install a graphical shell for Hyper-V.
I've been googling for an hour now, how this service can be restored, but so far I have not found anything.
