How to resolve subgrid routing on one interface in pfsence?

Colleagues, good day to all.
I ask the community for help. The task of changing the addressing in the network and the pfsence gateway fell on me. It so happened that I had not dealt with networks for a long time and a lot of things disappeared from my head.
Essence of a question in the following:
is pfsence with 3 interfaces. 2 WAN + 1 LAN.
The 192.168.0.0/20 grid hangs on the LAN (don't ask why, Legacy)
Now I'm hanging on the LAN through the VIP grids 172.16.*.*/24, and I just can't figure out how to make routing between them?
For a number of reasons, it is not possible at the current stage to resolve everything through vlan.

It seems to me that you do not have a problem with routing, but the firewall does not let you. Add allowing rules on the firewall. Since everything worked out of the box for me, and I didn’t prescribe any routes on purpose
One but! pfsence should be the default gateway on both networks. Or must there be a route to the gateway with pfsence

Attach a screenshot of the Diagnostics -> Routes section.
Both networks are direct connected and should see each other by default, but it's best to check.
