How to resolve /etc/sudoers is owned by uid 1000, should be 0?

I didn’t know that you can’t change the owner on etc, now I don’t know how to roll back to root, there are a lot of the same topics in Google, but I didn’t find a solution, can you tell me.

Would you also think of changing the owner of the C:\Windows directory? :)
But seriously, I strongly RECOMMEND that you reinstall the system after saving the necessary configs so that you do not need to configure the software later. Because by changing the rights to the system directory and even then returning everything back, you may encounter many problems that even the toaster cannot help you with.

boot into single mode
or connect the disk to another server
and then just chown
