Hello! I broke the Galaxy A5 screen, I want to give it to the service, but first - reset it to factory settings. The screen does not show, the touchscreen does not work.

Hello. I don’t know for this device, but try this: turn off the phone> hold down the power and volume down buttons at the same timeuntil the menu or some picture opens. You can navigate through the menu with the volume buttons, select the power button. Click on "factory reset". If it doesn't work, try other combinations.
