Why does MKV play very quietly on Samsung UE32EH5307 TV?

I have a Samsung UE32EH5307, I noticed that MKV plays very quietly, if I watch TV or AVI at a volume of 12-15, then for MKV I have to increase the volume to 30-35. In this case, the system sounds of the menu (transition or selection) are played according to the volume level.
Is there a cure for this?

There is an assumption that this is a feature of converting multi-channel audio for a TV audio stereo system. Most often, stereo sound is used for TV, a two-channel mp3 or ac3 sound track is similarly sewn into the avi container.
I doubt that anything can be done with the TV system in this regard, although you can look at the audio settings regarding multi-channel sound.

Take all your comparisons in additional brackets, add and between them

if  ((a+b)>c and (a+c)>b and (b+c)>a)
then

or like this:
if  ((a+b)>c) and ((a+c)>b) and ((b+c)>a)
then
