How to control SAMSUNG TV over the network?
Google Play has applications for using a smartphone as a remote control for SAMSUNG TVs (provided that the TV is connected to a local network). The program can switch channels, enter the menu, turn off the TV (but not turn it on).
As far as I understand, there is some kind of protocol or API that allows you to control the TV over the ip network. Where can I find a description of how this is done? I didn’t find it myself (.
If there is no description, then how can I track the commands received on the TV?
There is a locale on the tp-link 1043 router with native firmware, windows, linux machines.

Connect the TV and smartphone to the laptop (via WiFi, if the TV does not have WiFi, connect it via cable), set up the network on the laptop so that the phone and TV are on the same subnet, then capture traffic via Wireshark while controlling from the smartphone. And there you will see.
