How to reset Samsung A31?

The screen went out, but you can see that it works (calls, sms). Until I reached the service, I decided to check different options, they write that you need to restart the phone by pressing down and the power button. We do this, but it only vibrates and that's it, there must be confirmation there that you really need to turn it off. Tried to keep it longer, but it still just vibrates at the same interval. I tried tapping on the screen with the hope of hitting the reset button, but nothing helps. Can anyone come across or have a similar phone at hand? Can you tell me how to reboot without a screen?

Hard Reset: hold down the power button, up button, down button and hold until vibration or any signs of revival.
