How to set 1440p resolution on laptop?

I purchased a DELL Vostro 3500 laptop with i5 1135G7. I have a monitor 2560x1440 144hz. I know what is possible with hdmi 1.4. output a 1440p image at 75hz.
Unfortunately, reinstalling the drivers and replacing the cable with 2.1. gave no results. Also in the intel driver does not allow setting a custom resolution of 2560x1440. How to fix it ?

On Habré there was an article about a similar laptop. It turned out that the base hdmi in the laptop is 1.4.
But type-c in it can give 2560x1440 144hz through DP.
