Is it a dead pixel or another defect?
On the monitor (24 inches) I found a strange dot on the monitor and now it is constantly annoying.
Tell me, is it dead pixels or another defect? How do I understand this is not a warranty case? (the monitor is a couple of months old)
Here I took a picture from the phone in increased resolution - https://gyazo.com/cf5a41e18da9a6c58533f959075a9313

Of course, I'm not an expert in this area, but here www.notik.ru/information/topic/72 they write about the second class (the most common) that it is not allowed to have more than one completely non-burning pixel in a 5x5 pixel square. According to the photo - very similar to your case - two adjacent non-burning pixels.
This is despite the fact that the defect is really not "pixelated", but in fact - they do not burn, or rather it is not visible that they are burning.
Doesn't look like a dead pixel. Here you can check https://pipixel.ru
