How to reprogram presenter buttons on Win?

I have a wireless presenter - such a thing that slides in PowerPiont switch.
2 working buttons - up and down - until recently, they worked exactly like up and down - an analogue of scrolling. Defined by the HID mouse in the system.
Yesterday SUDDENLY they began to work both to the right and to the left.
How and where can I reassign them?
I also remembered one detail - on win8 and earlier, I don’t know how it was - now it’s right and left on different systems.
But on the main working machine on win10, an update arrived over the weekend. Perhaps that's the point. But the essence remained - how to return?

Usually the presenter pretends to be a USB HID keyboard and sends PageUp/PageDown buttons. Make sure that the reaction to pressing these buttons on the keyboard is the same, then look for where to reassign PgUp / PgDn in the program where you show presentations
